Information we collect

MALIKA updates / MALIKA Circle sign-up: first name (optional), email, interest (parent or professional), your marketing-consent choice, and the language you used to sign up.

Consultation requests: parent/caregiver name, email, WhatsApp number (optional), baby's age range, main topic, optional notes, time preference, time zone, language, and a record of your consents with their timestamp.

What we don't ask for

We do not ask for your baby's date of birth or full name, diagnoses, test results, or medical documents.

Purpose and access

Your information is used only to follow up on your sign-up or consultation request. It is not publicly readable and is not sent to analytics tools.

Legal basis and your rights

The final policy will be prepared in line with Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 27 of 2022), including the basis for processing, retention periods, and your rights to access, correct, and delete your data.
